Soccer League Registration for Fall 2008

Deadline: May 30th (Extended to June 6th)

Register at: PPLC (Pepper Pike Learning Center) - Please place registration form and payment in the Lock Box for OCAA

Cost: $55.00 (checks can be made out to OCAA)

To guarantee your child's spot in this Falls Soccer League, we are encouraging (and politely enforcing) our extended deadline for Soccer above. We realize it seems like a long long time from now, but in order for us (parents ourselves) to be prepared for the season and not scramble as we too get ready for the 2008/2009 school year for our own children would like to have the league put together as soon as possible. We thank you for your understanding, and hope again this year the Fall 2008 Soccer Season will be as successful as those in the past.

INFORMATION for YOU for 1st - 3rd grade Leagues

MAXIMUM REGISTRATION GIRLS: 48 (for 4 teams of 12 - approximate size for last three years) *if more or less register, we will place children on a wait list until a team can be filled

MAXIMUM REGISTRATION BOYS: 96 (for 8 teams of 12 - approximate size for last three years) *if more or less register, we will place children on a wait list until a team can be filled

  1. Boys and Girls Leagues are Separate.
  2. The 1st - 3rd grade League, does NOT have evaluations. A group of parent volunteers will divide up children equally by grade level.
  3. League Play begins Saturday, September 6th
  4. The League will be Six Weeks
  5. Practice is 1/2 hour before game time.

MAXIMUM REGISTRATION GIRLS: 48 (12 on a team *if more or less register, a wait list will be started until a full team can be made)

MAXIMUM REGISTRATION BOYS: 48 (12 on a team *if more or less register, a wait list will be started until a full team can be made)

  1. Boys and Girls Leagues are Separate
  2. Start Date: Saturday, Sept. 6th
  3. Orange Teams play in the CHAGRIN VALLEY SOCCER LEAGUE
  4. Game times are scheduled by the Chagrin Valley Soccer League
  5. Game times are typically Early Afternoon/Mid Afternoon (example times: 11am / 1:30pm / 2:30pm)
  6. Practice times are up to the Volunteer Coaches. Fields will be available to practice on Wed early evenings.
  7. Teams have an option to play in a Tournament during the season, which is optional (OCAA will handle admission fee's if team chooses to attend). This information will be provided as soon as we know.
